For those of us who need something that we can supercharge to make a healthy meal out of in a short amount of time; or something we can throw together to get us through the day without a crash. I’ve chosen a few recipes to share with you here! Enjoy!
Coffee Made Better
You will need:
8oz strong, hot coffee
2 scoops of Pure Protein Complete Chocolate Deluxe
Ice
Fill a large cup (I like a mason jar with lid) with ice and 2 scoops of Pure Protein Complete Chocolate. Pour 6-8 oz. hot coffee over the ice and stir. If you use a mason jar, you can lid and shake to thoroughly combine (and it will produce a smoother drink). Add more ice if necessary so it is completely chilled.
Tropical Delight

You will need:
2 cups frozen pineapple
1 Tablespoon OJ concentrate
1 cup coconut milk
2 scoops Pure Protein Complete Vanilla Spice
Mix 2 scoops Pure Protein Complete Vanilla Spice in a blender until completely combined. Add OJ concentrate and pineapple and blend until smooth. Consistency will be very thick. For a thinner smoothie – add 1/4 cup water, pineapple juice or coconut milk.
