Steady Ground: Foundations for Caregivers
A 6-week guided support program for caregivers
who are carrying a lot and need something steady underneath them.

You don’t need fixing.

You need support that actually fits your life.

If you’re a caregiver, you already know how to hold it together.
You manage appointments, meltdowns, schedules, emotions, and responsibilities, often without backup, breaks, or certainty about the future.

And somewhere along the way, you started running on empty.

Steady Ground: Foundations for Caregivers was created for caregivers who:

  • are tired of white-knuckling through daily life
  • feel emotionally and physically worn down
  • know they need support but don’t have the capacity for “one more thing”
  • want practical tools, not platitudes
  • need something steady, even when circumstances stay hard
This is not about changing your life overnight.
It’s about building a foundation that helps you keep going without breaking yourself in the process.

What this program does

Steady Ground helps you build a steady internal foundation so you can navigate stress, emotions, and daily life with more clarity, regulation, and support - even when nothing about your circumstances changes.

Over six weeks, you’ll learn how to:
  • understand what’s happening in your body and nervous system under chronic stress
  • regulate emotions without suppressing or exploding
  • recover more quickly after hard moments
  • create simple, realistic routines that support you on both good days and bad days
  • stop relying on willpower alone to hold everything together
  • feel less alone in what you’re carrying
This is steady, practical support for real life.

How the program works

Weekly Teaching (Vault Access)

Each week, you’ll receive a 30–60 minute teaching inside a private vault.

These teachings are:
  • principle-based
  • grounded in nervous system awareness
  • practical and applicable
  • designed for caregivers with limited time and energy
You can watch on your schedule and revisit as needed.

Guided Group Support (Marco Polo)

You’ll also be part of a small, private Marco Polo group, where we focus on:
  • applying the weekly principle to real life
  • reflection and awareness (not vent-only processing)
  • responsibility without shame
  • steady forward movement
This allows for connection and support without requiring live calls or perfect attendance.

What we’ll cover over 6 weeks

While each cohort may vary slightly, the foundation includes themes such as:
  • Responsibility without shame
  • Building structure that supports freedom
  • Emotional regulation as a skill
  • Understanding stress responses and recovery
  • Consistency over motivation
  • Creating a life that works as it is
We move slowly, intentionally, and with respect for caregiver capacity.

Where body support fits in

Supporting your nervous system and body matters when you’re under chronic stress.
Inside the program, I’ll share:
  • simple routines I personally use
  • tools that support regulation and recovery
  • ways to integrate support into daily life without adding overwhelm
This includes optional wellness tools, shared as supportive resources — never requirements.
The work is about building steadiness, not buying fixes.

This program is for you if…

  • You are a caregiver carrying ongoing responsibility
  • You feel emotionally or physically depleted
  • You want tools that work in real life
  • You’re open to gentle guidance and self-responsibility
  • You value structure that supports rather than restricts

This program is not for you if…

  • You’re looking for therapy or crisis support
  • You want trauma processing or emotional venting only
  • You’re not willing to engage in personal responsibility
  • You’re seeking quick fixes or motivation hype
