Tracing - Aroma fidget
Tracing Aroma Fidget
Smell the oil, trace the path with your finger, watch your movement, and say the words: SAFE, CALM, STEADY.
This multisensory tool gives you a simple way to pause and bring your attention to the present moment.
Add your favorite essential oil to the built-in scent wick.
Our original design, made by our family and used in my classes.
