Self-care for the Caregiver - strategies that work even when you’re struggling

Self-care for the Caregiver - strategies that work even when you’re struggling
Are you a caregiver?

Then welcome to the class you have been waiting for!!

Caregivers have a unique set of needs when it comes to self-care.
I'm not suggesting it is MORE important for a caregiver to take care of themselves, but I am suggesting that it is often more difficult to find the time to do it.

So join me for this FREE class where we will dive into how to make self-care happen NO MATTER what you home life situation looks like.

This class is for all caregivers from those who are caring for school age kids and have a support system in place to those who are caring for individuals with profound challenges and have a minimal support system to work with.
