After Everyone Else Moves On

 After Everyone Else Moves On
Processing the Emotions Caregivers Have to Postpone
When someone depends on you, there isn't always room to feel what you're feeling.

You handle the crisis. You take care of what's next. You keep everything moving.

But what happens to the anger, fear, grief, resentment, guilt, or even relief that you didn't have time to process?

In this free caregiver class, we'll explore:
  • Why caregivers often have to postpone their emotions.
  • The difference between processing emotions and getting stuck in them.
  • How to make space for difficult or conflicting feelings without becoming overwhelmed.
  • Creating a realistic emotional aftercare plan.
You don't have to unpack everything at once. But you deserve more than carrying it indefinitely.
