You Don't Have to Finish the Year Strong

You Don't Have to Finish the Year Strong
A Caregiver's Guide to the New Year

As the year comes to an end, it's easy to focus on everything you didn't accomplish.

The plans that changed.
The things left unfinished.
The exhaustion you're carrying into another year.

But when you're a caregiver, it's easy to become so focused on getting through each day that you stop thinking about what you want your own life to look like.
And just because caregiving is part of your life doesn't mean your dreams, goals, and needs no longer matter.

Join me for a free class where we'll look at what this year has cost you, what you want to change, and how to create a vision for the year ahead.

We'll cover:
  • Looking back: What did this year cost me?
  • Looking forward: What do I actually want my life to look like next year?
  • How to dream and take action when the future feels hopeless
You don't have to finish the year strong. But you can finish it with direction. Your circumstances may not be entirely within your control, but that doesn't mean your future has to be defined by them.

Tuesday, December 15 | 8 PM Eastern
